This is a very extensive complete renovation of an old Art Nouveau villa. Many windows and exterior doors have been replaced, wall fixtures have been installed. The entire roof was redone (wood, cardboard and battens). The windows that were not in too bad a condition were restored and given back their old thin fine bars according to original drawings. The interior walls of the house were clad with plasterboard in case of fire, but were given a surface layer of gray rag paper to better adapt to the early 1900s. Peat insulation was replaced with more modern insulation (again to minimize risks in the event of a fire). All floors were replaced with sloped and sawn pine floors, the entire facade was restored and the wooden part of the facade has been replaced, chimneys were rebuilt and all wood has been painted with classic linseed oil paint. The brickwork has been sealed and the fireplace has been renovated and a new fireplace has been built. Of course, the bathroom and laundry room have been decorated to modern standards but in an older style. Traditional outdoor lighting in cast iron.
